Further to our recent conversations
I would like to say how impressed I am with the quality of
service by your service manager Mr. Andy Buck.
Without exception Andy is always patient, polite, professional
and thorough. Indeed, without his help and attention to detail
on 20 November it is unlikely that the true cause of the ICSW’s
Internet failure would have been discovered (random change
of IP address allocated by our ISP); the consequence of which
would have been a protracted and unsatisfactory interchange
with Tiscali. Andy pinpointed the problem and provided the
ICSW with all the necessary information for us to enable Tiscali
to resolve the problem within 15 minutes of Andy’s diagnosis.
In the opinion of the ICSW Andy sets a standard of service
of which FWCS can be justifiably proud, and to which your
other engineers should aspire.
